What we collect

Business identity (legal/display name, GSTIN, city, state), contact details (phone, email, contact name), and the content you create on InoxPact — listings, auctions, bids, RFQs, quotations and chat messages.

Why we collect it

To operate the marketplace: authenticate you, show your verified business to counterparties, run auctions and RFQs, and enable communication between buyers and sellers.

How we use and share it

We do not sell your personal data. Your business profile and listings are shown to other InoxPact users (and, where you share a public link, to recipients you choose). We use trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email/SMS delivery) solely to run the service.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your account data.
